1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ATULYAA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”), incorporated on 13th July 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013, governing your use of the applications, platforms, and transportation aggregator services under the brand name RaahBandhu.
2. Driver Partner Obligations & Settlements
Driver partners registered on the platform must maintain valid Driving Licenses, commercial permits (where mandated), Vehicle Registration Certificates (RC), and active insurance policies. All trip earnings are settled directly to the driver's verified bank account or UPI ID in accordance with platform policies.
3. Fares & Taxation
Fares are computed transparently based on standardized distance and vehicle rates without arbitrary surge multipliers. All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is collected and remitted under GSTIN 10ABGCA1416N1Z0.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
